There has been some adverse publicity about the hearing loop in The Congress Theatre not working. We have spoken to The Manager at Eastbourne Theatres he advised they have had a few technical problems but he can reassure theatre goers there is a Loop System and Infrared simular to Devonshire Park Theatre. Headphones and neck loops are available from the Duty Manager.
