East Sussex Better Together want to know your views on health and social care services

East Sussex Better Together
East Sussex Better Together (ESBT) is our 150-week program to transform health and social care services. It’s about making sure we use our combined £935million annual budget to achieve the best possible services for local people. The program started in August 2014 and is led by the three local NHS clinical commissioning groups and East Sussex County Council.
The shared ambition is to develop a fully integrated health and social care system in East Sussex by 2018, ensuring every patient or service user enjoys proactive, joined up care that supports them to live as independently as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes.
We would greatly value your views and experiences of using current health or social care services which will help inform and influence new ideas and ways of working for the future. Attached below is a link to a brief online survey, via the Healthwatch East Sussex website, for people to their thoughts and experiences.
